No it is not on both counts as I am sure you are both aware. And while you speak this it is not true and the more you speak it will not make it anymore so.
Notice of The Restoration documents of liberty and salvation sent in 2013 to The New Zealand Government, Governor general Attorney general, United nations and various other entities was given.
Over the next three years no challenge of this was given by any of those that received such notice indeed by any entity at all.
In 2016 the Restoration became ratified and legal in International law and in these lands and its realm.

IT TAKES ONE WRONG ACT TO BREAK TRUST AND ONCE BROKEN IT’S NEVER THE SAME AGAIN
It is with regret Winston that your first action on receiving this notice 22nd July 2025 was to rush to bring forth stopping the use of Aotearoa citing a lawless act from 2008 and the will of the people.
Firstly the will of the people using it is an established tell.
You espouse only the will of the people can change this country’s name, not a bureaucratic board
The Restoration was not done by a bureaucratic board but by me to make legal what was not legal, and to give the power back to the people.
It has been made clear to the people why the name Aotearoa was used, that the name is there simply to do the legal documents until they decide for themselves.
You see Winston it is not about power, it’s about truth, freedom, and the power being restored to the people. It is held in custodial form until that day. As I stated, just because you say it doesn’t make it true. Why do you have to make something done in truth and love out to be so horrid, you denigrate what was never done in such energy.
As for rights
The New Zealand Government by its very nature and actions in its deceit has lost all rights to govern.
The Corporate government is not lawful. Lets face it, it doesn’t even follow its own laws but breaks them when it wants to and changes them to suit not through the will of the people but through the will of agendas both local and foreign.
And it’s been that way for a very long time.
Where was/is the people’s free will in1986 actions by the corporate New Zealand Government when denied a legal process known as ‘autocthony’, which loosely translates to finding a new constitutional source of power once you unplug yourself from the original power source.
This never happened in New Zealand in 1986 instead the local NZ media did not understand the implications of the Constitution Act, and the Lange government never told them.
The public awoke the morning after, not realizing New Zealand’s parliament had just seized absolute power and enthroned itself as “the Crown”. It never went to a public vote. It was the ultimate smoky backroom deal, a quiet revolution. A very kiwi coup. And ever since 1986, ruling politicians have done whatever they liked.
Take the seabed and foreshore as one such example whereby the people have spoken three times with a deafening NO yet along comes Shane Jones who bulldozes his way to the outcome the corporate government wants in total disregard to the peoples will already given.
AS IT DID IN COVID ERA .
The Corporate New Zealand Government did not give the people any free will choices and went about breaking both local and international laws to such an extent they are still currently backtracking to change those laws to catch up with their unlawful actions.
Simply the Corporate Government refuses to acknowledge that the foundations it stands on is illegal, unlawful or founded on lies and deception.
Anyone speaking from such a platform doesn’t make the words spoken anymore true because you’re the government of the time.
By response and actions of various Prime Ministers over the years the evidence that the restoration legality is established is concluded.
The Restoration is not going away as it remains in CUSTODIANSHIP FOR THE PEOPLE. It’s not up for debate, its up for real change for the people, not apartheid power, thus division or a corporate government that ignores the will of the people as it pretends to be democratic and to care.
Shane Jones states to the people You are responsible for what happens in your life and that applies to all politicians embarked on the falsity of corporate government.
Pity Shane that your leading statement while a true statement is based on this lie. For while the people and yes Maori stay stuck in this illegitimacy the people are being driven off the cliff by it against their free will. In this no one has their responsibility as it’s been removed. As you all in the Beehive go along with the dictates of foreign non elected entities and a government that has and was never designed to work for the people and their will or care, all stay captured as in Stockholm syndrome, kidnapped and violated by colonizing their captors over and over again no matter what party is in power, in a system with a king who isn’t, and a system that pretends.
All of it is broken as all who participate are by it . Until you come to your senses and use common sense what remains is all of you speaking out of both sides of your mouths which never offers the core solution or truth for that matter. You cannot have it both ways. Actions speak louder than words and the spiraling of those in the beehive have produced a new way being called THE NEW MP WAY “DEMEAN THE PEOPLE” AND EACH OTHER CONTINUALLY. This is the outcome of constant porkies being told on those telling them.

Election integrity that is manipulated by a lawless Corporation where the MP’s promise everything the people want but deliver their own agendas and follow those of unelected foreign powers like the United Nations, World Economic forum, World health organization etc etc thus New Zealand elections are no more than forcing people to comply to an obsolete governing system and promoted as the people’s free will and MP’s mandates of the people.
The question I ask you is, have you forgotten how to be men and women of courage and truth? Is this the legacy you desire to leave behind you?

Legislating New Zealand as the country name is rejected, it’s not accepted and will not make it legal by such steps.
What it does is prove to the people Winston that New Zealand is not the legal name of these lands otherwise you would not be attempting such action. All your action will do is legislate for the corporate New Zealand Government occupying the beehive Winston and it is null and void.
It is not my fault that no one from the corporate New Zealand Government, the United Nations, The IWI, The Governor General, City of London and British Monarchy, refuted the Living Documents of Liberty and salvation known as The Restoration having all been notified. In 2013 and in the following three years thereafter all had ample opportunity to do so until 2016 whereby the living documents of the Restoration were ratified and became law.
