This is formal notice that the Sovereignty of Aotearoa (New Zealand) has and is with Maori. All Corporate bodies for example The New Zealand Government, Consulate delegates, Local Council Offices Agencies and Entities in place and operating since 1922 are illegitimate and thus illegal and all laws, acts, and treaties, signed by these entities are illegal and thus illegitimate

I Debra Anne Potroz known as TeManawa Sovereign of Aotearoa and Mother of the Nations do hereby give this notice and request that all those involved in the illegitimate and illegal activities be held accountable for the illusion created that has mislead the United Nations, The International Community and The people of Aotearoa

I seek the United Nations to rectify the gross, glaringly obvious human rights abuses of some of its most respected, ‘democratic’ Member States by:

Establishing an International Tribunal to investigate any criminal acts from International countries including the UN, in the criminal acts of those Internationally involved along side those within Aotearoa who have caused this fraudulent deception
As a result give notice that all New Zealand government, entities agencies at all levels have been declared illegitimate and invalid and as this is upheld under plain and long established international law acknowledge the sovereignty true of Maori and our lore’s and laws of the lands and territories of Aotearoa Internationally
To uphold the establishment by Maori within Aotearoa of an International Criminal Tribunal to prosecute individuals who have aided and abetted the continuing breach of international law through the application of United Kingdom law within the territories of this sovereign and independent nation state Aotearoa.
To uphold Maori initiated and maintained procedures necessary to ensure the security of our people and the people of Aotearoa residing (both individually and collectively) within the territories of Aotearoa as hand over of all illegitimate and illegally functioning entities to the legal sovereignty is successfully implemented and the valid constitution known as Tikanga is in place for all persons of Aotearoa..
Declare TeManawa as the representative of, Aotearoa (New Zealand) in the United Nations General Assembly and all others to be persona non grata until such time as TeManawa takes her place therein.

The following Restoration documents are supplied along with the attachments upholding the Sovereignty rights and laws of our country Aotearoa. Signed and ratified by my council of elders.

This notification is of legal and binding sovereignty and is effective as of today’s date and respectively.

Reference of the entire actions requested is below and in the Restoration documents attachments inclusive.

The New Zealand Government is illegitimate and the inhabitants of our lands have the right to ignore, disregard and lawfully rebel against ALL ‘laws’ passed by this parliament and previous parliaments respective to ensure that criminal acts do not continue to be perpetrated against the people of Aotearoa, by those that have absolutely no authority.

All Legislative Acts of the Corporate entity known as The New Zealand government has absolutely no authority and are therefore imposed domestically by duplicit behaviours misinformation and force upon the inhabitants of our lands and as a consequence of this revelation, those inhabitants are not bound by such laws. The international community (other governments) are waking up to this knowledge. As such Aotearoa and her people are vulnerable to abuse of these circumstances and the rights of our peoples are at risk from these circumstances.

In other words, for almost a century the corporate entity known as The, New Zealand government aided and abetted by the polished reticence of the British parliament and a conniving establishment – have committed fraud and deception on a massive scale! The former colonies of Britain exist in a political No-Man’s-Land…

New Zealand is in the unique position of having two political documents called the Declaration of Independence 1835 and Te Tiriti O Waitangi 1940 (both recognised under international law) – you see in New Zealand (or the land commonly referred) the true Sovereign Nation is in fact the Maori Nations if you want to take it from a “legal” standpoint.

I look forward to working with the United Nations to rectify these circumstances and for the on going well being of our country Aotearoa and our countries peoples.

Build on truth for lasting foundations Introduction I am Debra Ann Potroz, my hapu is Ngaati Mahuta. Born Under the watchful eyes of Mount Taranaki in Aotearoa Land of the long white cloud(NZ) I am descended from a long line of Kings. I was raised by my Tupuna, great ancestors of the past. The profile picture is of the stone (Petros Petra) named "Te Tapu Manawa nui" meaning The sacred big Heart (Manawa nui means Heart, brave, patient steadfast) yet it is the intent of nui to express in this case pure, Immaculate.
