SECOND OPEN LETTER TO THE POLICE COMMISSIONER AND A REQUEST FOR A MEETING
1. We refer to our letter dated 17 March 2022 (a copy is annexed at Schedule 1), and your
response dated 30 March 2022 (a copy is annexed at Schedule 2). Once again, we write to you
as members of the NZLSOS lobby group, and we are not acting in our professional capacities
but as concerned citizens of New Zealand.
2. In our previous letter, we raised the failure of:
(a) the Government to take action to investigate the contents of the Comirnaty vaccine
(“the vaccine”) after Dr Matthew Shelton (“Dr Shelton”) from New Zealand Doctors
Speaking Out with Science (“NZDSOS”) raised concerns about what appears to be
microscopically visible artificial technology (“microtechnology”) in the vaccine; and
(b) the New Zealand Police (“police”) to investigate after being presented with images of the
alleged microtechnology at Orewa Police Station (File Number: 220217/0669).
3. We requested that the police:
(a) confirm that there is no microtechnology in the vaccine and provide us with a copy of
your investigatory report;(b) provide a reason if the police refused to investigate the contents of the vaccine; and
(c) meet with us, along with doctors and scientists, to discuss our concerns.
4. The police have failed to:
(a) confirm that there is no microtechnology in the vaccine;
(b) state the reasons for refusing to investigate the contents of the vaccine; and
(c) accept our invitation to meet with them.
5. The police’s response merely states that the police cannot comment on the concerns that we
have raised. We are not asking for the police to comment on the Covid-19 Response as you
state; we are asking the police to investigate the vaccine’s contents as more doctors and
scientists are voicing their concerns about the undisclosed ingredients, along with evidence of
graphene oxide and possible microtechnology.
6. It is a fact, not a conspiracy theory, that there are two unknown but declared “proprietary
additives” in the vaccine.
7. Medsafe1 lists the ingredients of the vaccine as BNT162b2 [mRNA] 0.5 mg/mL equivalent to 30
μg/0.3mL dose, 1,2-Distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine, ALC-0159, ALC-0315, Cholesterol,
Dibasic sodium phosphate dihydrate, Monobasic potassium phosphate, Potassium chloride,
Sodium chloride, Sucrose and Water. ALC-0159 and ALC-0315 are two patented ingredients
that are manufactured by a Chinese pharmaceutical and medical company. Medsafe has
responded to an OIA email request on 11 November 2021 and confirmed in writing that “[w]e
do not hold the MDSS [Material Safety Data Sheet] for these [ALC-0159 and ALC-0315]”. A
material safety data sheet explains how a substance should be safely used, stored, transported
and disposal.

“As well as this the stillbirth rate has rocketed. Usually, there are 114 stillbirths per year for the entire country but in just two weeks Hastings alone had 9 stillbirths in vaccinated mothers who were following your advice to get the vaccine. You are responsible for the death of those babies. You have blood on your hands. I suppose you are also in denial regarding the deaths of teenagers.
We have 2 siblings dead after the vaxathon in Christchurch – a girl aged 15 and a boy aged 17. Plus a 17-year-old boy in Northland and a 13-year-old in the South Island – both dead the day after their vaccination -and a 14-year-old boy in South Auckland who died 2 hours after his vaccination. Also, the 17-year-old girl whose death should have stopped the rollout but was instead blamed, prior to an autopsy report, on the pill – which she had been prescribed some time prior so, therefore, the GP would have checked for clotting risk factors at that point in time.
I know a lot more about this case than you do as I know close family friends. I am also aware that the government has asked families involved with severe adverse reactions and deaths to sign waivers that come with financial settlements. This blatant attempt to further cover-up vaccine failures is abhorrent, as is the gagging of the media at the cost of millions of dollars of taxpayer money. Continue reading
