The journey to heal is not an easy one but done with self honesty, truth and recognizing when its you or when it is another’s issue thus responsibility. Trauma causes the mind to shut down so often it can take years to recover as flash backs occur, things the mind could not cope with and so these happen when the mind is ready. It is the heart that heals this as one returns to ones self and as the progress of healing unfolds learns to like the choices one makes for ones self and in turn love for ones self occurs. Joy, true peace and happiness follows for when one knows ones self it is immutable in the face of adversity, attack from those not in truth and only makes one stronger for it.

And so it is a big journey to take healing the nation/s world and self but a very necessary one to bring forth a better world for all.

There is not one person on the planet now that has not been abused through the leadership that professes to be there for the people before elections and are not after them. Too many politicians believe they can change the system they cannot for the system is a rort, criminal, highly controlled and Luciferian.

Often Kaumatua would turn up on my door step unannounced when this is the case and so my greatest frustration is being caught at my worst, disheveled from mowing lawns, rushing to clean my house, or me to moving house (over excited on the last one) so I want to say what a breath of fresh air to sit with the people and feel the calm. The task to heal this, the under taking to do so starts with self, expands out to those around us who hear see and admire what one is doing. It gives others courage and by this a ground swell can take place whereby people are healed a nation/s is healed, and thus the world.
