Its not simply the building business though is it rather its all those in the industry connected as such because the building industry is a community of people from Real estate agents and businesses, sub contractors, tradies etc etc so this one item effects all these people in the Industry if its not done by the actual date of settlement this side of Christmas giving the new dates for the two properties (side by side) as Feb and March and knowing the circumstances apparently replied “I don’t care” so how does this help our economy?
How many others are experiencing this and why is fast track not dealing to this but to mining and the taking of resources and not to the building industry so much. How hard is it to prioritize urgent situations for what is in all likely hood a couple of hours work saving all this catastrophe – apparently very hard. And so our economy worsens due to lack of concern, effort, help, what ever you want to call it, I would call it lack of prioritizing urgent cases such as this one may be.
