Are we to destroy ourselves from within. The people are unhappy The people feel that their money is not being spent in the best interests of the people Their knowing has increased due o request of accountability and sighting of financial records being avoided. Now meetings being delayed. Delay tactics as accountancy budgeting and money spent each month gives a snap shot of any business enterprise.
